At Laredo Boots Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement boots within 5-7 business days.
